Apartment building

The apartment building is thoughtfully designed to offer naturally cool bedrooms during hot summer nights, shaded terraces, beautiful pools, peace, and privacy.

The building features three boutique apartments of different sizes (90–115 m²). Each apartment includes two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a private terrace, and a cortile. Every unit has its own private pool, accessible from both the bedrooms and the living area.

All apartments can be connected through the central section, creating a shared space suitable for larger groups, while bedrooms and terraces remain completely separate.

All apartments are fully furnished, air-conditioned, and designed to provide maximum comfort.
